BIO AND AROMA SAUNA

The bio sauna represents a milder type of Finnish sauna and falls into the category of semi-dry saunas. It combines aspects of both the Finnish and steam saunas, and the conditions inside simulate the climate typical of tropical forests. The interior of the cabin is made of stone, ceramic, and wood.

Steam inside the bio sauna is enriched with essential oils, which have a positive impact on the skin and respiratory pathways. Deep and moderate breathing is recommended during the stay in the bio sauna to maximize its effects.

Temperature:
Between 55°C and 70°C

Air humidity:
 Between 20% and 40%

Recommended time:
Between 5 and 15 minutes

Benefits:
The pleasant temperature and moderate air humidity create a suitable environment for relaxing muscles and the mind. The temperature in the bio sauna opens the pores of the skin, contributing to skin cleansing, and is suitable for individuals who have problems with water retention in the body. It is also recommended as an aid in treating chronic issues of the musculoskeletal and respiratory systems.

Temperature is maintained using a stove with a water container, which evaporates under the influence of high temperatures, creating a pleasant semi-dry climate in the cabin. The usage method is the same as in a Finnish sauna, with the difference being the possibility of a longer stay due to milder conditions. For this reason, the bio sauna is recommended for individuals who have difficulty tolerating high temperatures and dry air.

The usage method of the bio sauna is the same as that of the Finnish sauna. Rest is mandatory between individual sauna sessions, and during the stay in the bio sauna, it is possible to drink water. After each treatment, cooling is recommended, with showers or swimming in the pool.
