SALTWATER POOL

In the One Wellness & Spa Center, there is also a saltwater pool, which is not the case in all wellness and spa centers. The concentration of salt in the water is similar to the concentration of salt in seawater. Saltwater refreshes, strengthens muscles, stimulates the heart and circulation, improves skin tone, and has a relaxing effect on the entire body and mind. Saltwater pools do not contain chlorine, which irritates the eyes and dries the skin. In fact, salt destroys all algae and bacteria, so disinfection with chlorine is not necessary.

The use of the saltwater pool is recommended after spending time in the salt room. After leaving the pool, it is obligatory to shower to cleanse the skin and make proper use of the warm benches, and tepidariums. They help the body adjust to a higher temperature for the upcoming sauna visit. After the sauna, showering is again advised, but with slightly cooler water for circulation. For additional cooling, the use of the saltwater pool is recommended again. Complete relaxation after using the pool can be complemented by using the hydro-massage tub.
